Standard & Quality

Materials & processes

We use exclusively materials produced in Europe and North America, selected to ensure high quality standards and full traceability. We work with a wide range of materials, from carbon steel to stainless steels (AISI 300/400 series), duplex and super duplex, as well as special alloys such as Incoloy®, Inconel®, Hastelloy®, and other high-corrosion-resistant materials. Thanks to advanced technologies and state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to manufacture high-quality products that fully meet customer specifications while strictly adhering to delivery schedules.

Certifications & safety

Our products are manufactured in compliance with the most stringent international quality standards, as demonstrated by our certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, and ASME U. Every stage of production undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and specific project standards. We continuously invest in technical training and safety for our personnel, promoting a corporate culture focused on risk prevention and the implementation of best practices in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), in line with the most advanced international models.

Our factory

The facility covers a total area of 20,000 m², of which 6,000 m² are covered, and is organized into functional departments dedicated to the various stages of the production process, structured as follows:

Mechanical machining workshop

Equipped with advanced machinery, including lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and drilling units (including BTA), enabling high-precision machining of complex components made of metallic materials and special alloys. The equipment is suitable for milling, drilling, turning, and boring operations on metals and high-performance alloys.

Stainless Steel Carpentry and Welding Workshop

Exclusively dedicated to the processing of stainless steel and special alloys, in order to prevent any risk of cross-contamination with ferrous or less noble materials, thereby ensuring maximum metallurgical integrity and compliance with the required quality standards.

Carpentry and Carbon Steel Welding workshop

Equipped for the fabrication of pressure vessels with diameters up to 8 meters and wall thicknesses up to 50 mm. Capable of manufacturing pressure equipment with diameters up to 8 meters, lengths up to 60 meters, and weights exceeding 100 tons, ensuring the efficient handling of large-scale components with complex geometries.

Officina fasci tubieri

Area specifically dedicated to the fabrication and maintenance of tube bundles, equipped with state-of-the-art systems. The equipment includes automatic welders for tube-to-tubesheet joints, tube expanding machines, high-precision diaphragm hole countersinks, and laser cutting systems.

Piping fabrication workshop

Specifically designed to accommodate all production, prefabrication, and pre-assembly activities for piping lines.
